All work carried out is subject to are full terms & conditions below.

 

General terms: Placing an order for works - We accept Bank transfer, Cash and Cheques if a deposit is required.

Payment: All items and works carried out should be paid for upon delivery or completion of works. 

 

Collection / Delivery: It is best to enquire re the delivery charge & possible dates of delivery in order for us to meet your requirements. You will be notified re arranging delivery times & dates to suit all parties.

 

The buyer & recipient of the completed piece(s) takes over its full responsibility of the item on delivery or completion.  You are responsible for its care & well being.  Although we do offer free advice & help as much as possible with your Sprayed, Restored or French polished item, we reserve the right to charge for any repairs we deem to be at no fault by ourselves.

 

On site work:  We are fully covered with £5,000,000 public liability and employers liability up to £10,000,000 & have all relevant Health & Safety CSCS Cards. When carrying out work on site, either for a private client or business. Deposits are taken and payment is expected in full, immediately when the work is finished & completed. By bank transfer preferably, cash or cheque.

 

Law: This contract shall be governed exclusively by the law of England & Wales.
All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

 

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any default due to act of God, war, strike or lock-out, industrial action, fire or any other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.
